BDH BIKES RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS
Return & Exchange Policy
BDH Bikes understands that buying Online can be filled with uncertainty. That’s why the Staff at BDH Bikes had a “No-Hassle” 30 day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with your item, whether it be due to size, compatibility, color, or you simply are unsatisfied with what you’ve ordered, you are entitled to a full refund of the original purchase price (minus shipping charges to and from). The item you are returning must be in UNUSED condition and still in the original packaging within 30 days of the purchase date on your invoice. BDH Bikes will not charge you for a restocking fee or penalty.
Although BDH Bikes tries to handle every order ever so perfectly, mistakes do happen and you may end up with the wrong color, item, size etc. If this happens the Staff at BDH Bikes apologizes in advance and will make sure that you are 100% Satisfied by making sure that you will receive the correct product that is on you invoice as soon as possible, Shipping included.
Returning an item?
When Returning your Item you must include our Return Form with your return - no prior return authorization is necessary to return an item using this form. If you are unable to print the our return form, please E-mail the Staff at BDH BIKES or call our Customer Service Department at (888) 994-9004 or (819) 770-6719 for a Return Authorization number. When calling or Emailing, please be sure to tell us what item is, your reason for your return, and the name, size and color of the new item to exchange your item. When you send the item back without a Return Form please make sure you have included the Return Number that we have given to you via email or telephone.
- You are responsible for return shipping charges if the correct item has been sent and you are simply not Satisfied with the item. BDH Bikes will be responsible for shipping both ways if we sent the wrong item.
- BDH Bikes will NOT be held responsible for any items lost or damaged in shipping.
- Please allow the usual banking time for refunds to appear on your credit card statement. This can take up to 1 month to show up on your statement. BDH bikes does not accept COD’s on returns.
- If you paid by Credit Card, the returning credit will be applied to the card used to place the original order. Please check the date on the credit card originally used. If the card is expired, the credit will not process.
- If you have paid by Money Order, please allow 2 weeks after the return is processed to receive your refund check.
- If you are sizing shoes or clothing, please do not wear the item while riding or training. BDH bikes will no accept returns on any used items. If you purchased Cycling Shoes Please don not bolt cleats on the shoes if you are thinking of returning. If the returning Product does not have ALL tags, packaging, mauals and accessories that the item shipped out with BDH Bikes will not accept the return.

Lost or Damaged Order in Shipment.
All items that are shipped out from BDH Bikes are in new and unused condition. If a package is delivered to you in with the product in damaged condition, you have the option of refusing delivery of a package with obvious damage. If you do receive a damaged package, please call BDH Bikes Customer Service immediately at 1(888) 994-9004. We will contact the Delivery Company and file a damage claim. BDH Bikes will arrange for the Delivery Company to pick up the damaged package. Please save all boxes and packing material for inspection by the Delivery Company. Once a damage claim is made and accepted by the carrier, a claim number is generated. Once this is completed BDH Bikes will re-process the order for the lost or damaged items.
Please feel free to call us if you need any assistance with resolving a damage claim. We want this to be as easy as possible for both you the customer and the Staff at BDH Bikes. These situations do happen and we are experienced in resolving damage claims.
Wrong Item Shipped?
Please contact us immediately if there was any mistakes on your order. BDH Bikes needs to hear about problems within seven days of order receipt. 1(888) 994-9004.
Our Mistake
You ordered a product and we sent the wrong product?
- If an item is missing, please make sure you thoroughly check the packaging of your order before calling. Inspect packing materials carefully for smaller items. It is easy for small items to get wrapped up in the packing material.
- Let us know which item(s) you received incorrectly or were missing.
- We will find the simplest, fastest way to resolve your Order. We will reimburse return ground freight on any items incorrectly shipped by BDH Bikes. Your Order and Satisfaction is VERY Important to us.
Your Mistake
If You have placed an order and received the correct item on the invoice, or perhaps you just are not satisfied with what you have ordered you may return the item within 30 days of original purchase date stated on your invoice:
- Call or E-Mail us. State the Order number and the product name/size/color.
- BDH Bikes will issue a Return Authorization number. Return the product using your choice of carrier; we recommend a shipping carrier that offers tracking and insurance.
- Please be aware that we cannot be responsible for returned parts until there is a BDH Bikes confirmation signature with the Shipping Company.
- Parts must be in original packaging and in Un-Used Condition. BDH Bikes will not accept returns on parts that have been installed. Please do not use display boxes as the external shipping box.
- We will issue credit for the item(s) being returned. We will not refund the original shipping charges.
- You are responsible for paying return freight on returns that are not of the fault of BDH Bikes.
